Billy is someone who is just trying to find his place in this world. He is usually opened to trying new things, just to see if it would open a new opening for him, sometimes he may come off a bit hesitant, but he usually pushes it out of the way, since he prefers to come off as he knows what he's doing in front of others, even though he may not always. Billy enjoys making comic books, so he can make people happy when reading them. He likes making them for himself but he also would enjoy making a younger kid happy just like how they made him happy when he was a kid.
