Liar-soft is a visual novel company located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan, often referred to domestically as "the fraudulent company." The company's predecessor was Yuentai, founded in 1987. In 1999, Liar-soft released its debut title, *Cho~Ita~Subarashiki Chaonari no Seishin~*. Furthermore, the company has a sister brand, raiL soft, which released *Kasumigaoka Soruki* in 2008. Liar-soft also participated in the production of *Touka Itan*, developed by ANIPLEX.EXE.
