i honestly believe that the INTP votes are based purely on stereotypes people hold about INTPs. where is the ne? the si? while layton is definitely a ti user, we have to remember that INFJs use ti as well. because he has developed all of his functions very well, its easy to see him as a ti dom. however, to me, the ni on top of that is so clear. layton deals strictly in what will or wont happen. he doesnt spend a lot of time sitting around pondering and discussing possibilities or ideas. instead, he takes action on random hunches that he has and goes with his gut on most things. in fact, his whole thing is that sometimes he just has a feeling about something that turns out to be correct. that is the definition of ni. se is less obvious because it is inferior, but he is shown to be someone who enjoys some of the finer, more luxurious things in life, becoming excited about adventure and experience. fe just doesnt seem to be inferior either. laytons high fe is shown repeatedly to conflict with lukes fi. he seeks to not disturb the peace even if it means avoiding correcting someone who is clearly in the wrong, while luke feels compelled to call out such behavior
