Cate Blanchett MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Cate Blanchett? Cate Blanchett is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - sx/so - 164 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.

¶ It's always important to know that when interacting with an introvert, especially an introvert who has Ni as their dominant, you may always notice the bouldering auxillary function first. With INFJs, especially those well advanced in age, who have had some time to develop their cognitive functions, their Fe could be wildly expressive when necessary. There's a reason the INFJs are called the most Extraverted Introverts, after all. In other words, they can be warm, charming, and engaging in social situations. Even though her Fe is visible, she has admitted that social engagements (interviews etc . . . ) are still a bit of a problem for her; & that they tire her out; most people have also reported she seems always guarded, & she's said she's learned that as an actor, you'd have to "act comfortable and relaxed". ¶ She tends to have some difficulty taking immediate actions, unlike ENFJs, who have no problems taking control in (& of) social situations, & she needs quite an extensive amount of prepping before she steps in for table reads: "You'll be fine, just open the door, get a cup of tea, sit down & the other people will start, & you'll start & you'll find your way," her husband tells her before major table reads. ¶ Cate, really, prefers to watch, observe, social atmospheres to actively interacting with it. This is incongruent with an Fe dominant type, who prioritizes their roles in external feeling / social atmospheres. ¶ The dom Ni can be glimpsed, though, when she unintentionally comes off as being aloof and arrogant. According to her, this was her husband's first impression of her. This experience is different from ENFJs who lead with Fe. ¶ I'd say her Ti seems stronger than her Se. And considering, as an INFJ it is the assistive function to Ni, it is convergent in nature, and this makes her seem a bit more confident with her Ni gathered insights. ¶ Most people say her Se is too developed to be in the Inferior position, but have they seen most of her panel interviews? Especially when she's tired? You see her eyes get loopy and she basically shuts off. She zones out, almost completely, and usually requires some effort to re-enter into the conversation. Sometimes, it shows when she desperately tries to have some kinda eye contact with whomever is speaking to her, almost as if she were trying to use the person as an anchor ¶ She, also, tends to be obsessively focused on sensory data when tired or anxious or generally stressed out; this can be seen when she drinks herself to smithereens when anxious, indicative of her overindulging her Se.
