Biography
Hailing from India's coast, Harbor storms the field wielding ancient technology with dominion over water. He unleashes frothing rapids and crushing waves to shield his allies and to pummel those that oppose him. His basic abilities are Cascade, which has him send a surging wave of vision-blocking water that slows enemies it passes, and Cove, a sphere of sight-obstructing water that can absorb damage before collapsing. His signature ability is High Tide, which allows him to create a wall of water to block vision that also slows enemies it touches. His ultimate ability is Reckoning, which summons a surging geyser pool in front of him. Enemies in it will have successive geysers created under them, which detonate after a delay, providing visible intel of their approximate locations as well as concuss them if they do not move quickly enough.
