Biography
Rick is a high school delinquent who was orphaned at the age of seven and mainly keeps to himself. He is the son of Rex Tyler, who was secretly the JSA member, Hourman. After the death of his parents, Rick went into the custody of his uncle, who pretended to be his father under the request of Rick's parents. Rick legally took his uncle's surname of Harris. Through adversity, Rick inherits his father's mantle and becomes the new Hourman.
