Biography
Anthony Higgs is a Galactic Federation soldier and one of Samus' few friends. He worked with her and Adam in the Federation, and reunited with Samus years later on the BOTTLE SHIP. His laidback temper belies his true resourcefulness, as he stopped the BOTTLE SHIP from entering Federation space and helped secure Madeline Bergman.
