Shows a natural disregard for the feelings and values of others. Ostensibly allows 7 people to die in a mole hunt including his own "lightning-rod" Golitsyn, despite the fact that he could've arrested and interrogated them all. Presumably this was not efficient enough (Te). Has Ne to imagine the possibilities and strategize but isn't as iNtuitive as an ENTJ who might be able to put it all together. I see where the ESTP votes come from given that he is direct and logical, but Kittredge seems to me to focus on details and precedent which I interpret as aux-Si. He also lacks the tertiary Fe needed to properly empathize with his quarry as Ethan points out in his phone call from London. Very good at being a jerk. And that is neither here nor there. But man, Henry Czerny can play jerks well and it merits saying here.
