What personality type is DarkViperAU? DarkViperAU is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/sx - 631 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.
I can see how both ISFP and ISTP are reasonable options (given how he's an introvert, has mentioned he's an introvert, but clearly has Se), but frankly, I see him as far more of an ISTP. The argument that he "takes things at face value" for Fi is odd. Nothing about Fi inherently means you take things at face value. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's the opposite; taking things at face value is normally attributed to making quick, decisive choices in regards to your surroundings, so if anything, it'd be attributed to Fe/Te. Neither Fi nor Ti are related to taking things at face value. I'd also highly disagree with the idea that there's no depth to his reasoning. We can see from things like the Dream situation that he actively investigates as much as he can into any given issue, and only confidently asserts his opinions when there is solid reasoning behind it. He occasionally jumps the gun and asserts a view he later learns is incorrect, but he's always quick to rectify these mistakes. To quote him in his video on why he tackled the Dream situation in so much depth across so many videos in the first place: "In my psych course, I did statistics, but not to the degree that they've done them in these papers. If you don't have a statistics background, and you favour one statistical analysis over the other, you need to ask yourself why. And it's probably not going to be because you have some legitimate reason by what they've written to favour one over the other. It's going to be that you prefer the conclusion of one over the other." This quote in itself practically screams Ti. At the very least, there's almost no chance someone saying this is relying on inferior Te. I can see how his behaviour is interpreted as Fi, especially in combination with Se, given how he has very strong beliefs (which we associate with Fi) and expresses them with energy and assertiveness (which we associate with Se). But having been a fan of him for a few years now, I consistently find that his pattern of behaviour whenever a controversy arises is rooted in Ti.
