Kikoru Shinomiya (四ノ宮キコル) is a young woman who graduated valedictorian at California Neutralization University and daughter of Defense Force Commander Isao Shinomiya. Kikoru is an arrogant and prideful girl, very confident enough in her ability to look down on people and humiliate them without problems.
