What personality type is Ranboo? Ranboo is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 9w1 - so/sp - 962 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, EII in Socionics.
Let me first clarify that I’m talking about Ranboo as a person, even though I make references to his streams on the SMP. If you want to type his character, there’s a profile for it now, so go use that. I understand the doubt when it comes to Ni, but I also want to note that energy =\\= Ne. Like someone pointed out below, his high energy is most likely just his streaming style. Instead of diverging into many conversation topics on stream, Ranboo tends to dwell on one thing until he can get to the bottom of it, which indicates Ni > Ne. Compare him to Tommy, who can jump from topic to topic with ease. I don’t think Ranboo is an INXP, even though he might get such a result if he ever takes a by-letter test. Ranboo seems much more reckless and idealistic rather than grounded and wary, so Si-Ne is less likely to me. To point out an example of his poor Se, he’s said he buys candy the minute he craves it, and when it comes to his house, he eats it all. And if you want to see his Ni in action, watch his Superliminal stream. He’s an incredibly sharp problem-solver. He shows many signs of high Fe, (Cherale explained it well a few comments down) and yet also has sharp Ti (enough for people to think he’s an INTP lol.) This leads me to believe they’re probably auxiliary and tertiary, respectively. I think his fun attitude is boosted by his Fe, which might make people doubt dominant Ni. I doubted INFJ at first as well, but I think it’s the most likely type for him.
