Biography
Marshall Rosenberg was an American psychologist born on October 6, 1934 and died on February 7, 2015. He was the creator of a communication process called "Nonviolent Communication" (NVC) and the educational director of the "Center for Nonviolent Communication", an international nonprofit organization. In 1961, Marshall Rosenberg received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Wisconsin. He has written numerous books. Marshall's works were inspired by Carl Rogers and Gandhi.
