This might be a somehow wild take, but I think this guy is SP9. *Spoilers Alert* While I can understand some E8 votes, since this guy is kinda impulsive and playful (sensory-motor dominance), but I don't think this guy fit E8 well. Because he kinda "resign" when Youmei add pressure to him, but when she left he grumbles later, fit SP9 description well, and I don't think E8 will give up like that. Also he avoid conflicts when the drinks he ordered isn't cool in the chapter 63. E3 votes are just stereotyping ig, this guy doesn't focus on his image and he doesn't care too much about the recognition. I will explain more why he's SP9 here. In the later part of the manga, it was said that the "eternal summer" Kowloon is created by the weird thing on the sky(idk what is that in eng) with Kudou's conscious and the collective unconscious. The concepts of "eternal summer" cycle for Kudou just screams E9's routine orientation imo. Kudou narcotizes himself through the daily life of "Kowloon". The cigarette is not only a great representation of Kowloon, but also sedatives to calm his emotions down. After the day he found out the death of Kujirai, he went to work like a normal day, trying to pretend everything is normal. He feels sad and give up himself in the cycle, having a crazy idea of "real Kujirai will return if I cycle long enough". These reflects SP9's passion and fixations quite well. Other small details ig: He also form "habits" of touching "八". The way he treat Kujirai B's death is become self-critical and turn the anger toward himself. Additionally, I don't think he's introverted sensor. It's not that deep, cigarette + watermelon is objectively a bad combo and it's apparent that he doesn't enjoy it. Also he might say some word that refer to some abstract sensing, but it's just Reiko B's interpretation, he didn't add anything abstract to it, he is just rewinding something out of his memory. His mind is concrete, also reinforce the E>I. ES(T) fits him well. The way ET(S) isn't my pick is because he made a commitment that he should stay away from "fake Kusirai", but he submitted to the perception that Kusirai is just "too real", which is perception over judgment. His well differentiate thinking made people think that he's a rational person though.
