hmm, I think INFJ makes sense imo. he seems like a high fe type, trying to make people gain his trust through considering their feelings and talking about how, "you may not trust me and I understand that." he speaks similarly as to how I would in terms of trying to make people feel like they can trust me with their feelings and thoughts. He seems quite understanding too when people don't trust him, judging from how Sam treats him in the beginning, (which is fine btw). He seems to formulate plans and knows what to say, so that people can listen to him: basically ni-fe makes sense in terms of how he acts and who he is. He doesn't say things without thoughtful consideration and there seems to always be some essence in terms of what he says. He also knows how to manipulate people for his own gain: speak in an accent that makes it seem like he doesn't know English, and is able to keep up the act. which can be a sign of ni-fe, from my understanding. A sign of ni I could tell is when he started to distance himself from Jack when he had a feeling that Jack was going to betray him: "Jack began attempting to cheat others using the same trick as he did on Samuel, eventually suggesting that Yao bring some valuable possessions into the mine so that they could seize the gold and make a quick escape. Having found the actual gold himself, Yao immediately became suspicious of Jack and began distancing himself from his fellow miner, warning Nikolai to do the same." I can see this as a form of ti helping his ni. thinking, "hmm, why did jack tell me to bring some valuable possessions? I mean, yeah it makes sense, so we can make a quick get-away, but why don't we just leave them in a secluded area, come back for them, then run away? I believe that jack is trying to trick me or something, so I'm going to distance myself." and the fe part is probably just saying, "yeah, I've been busy, sorry for not talking lately to you!" and keeps using excuses to not make jack suspicious. I can't say for his enneagram to be honest.. maybe 2 fits. His main desire is to.. I forgot, but it's to create a better work environment for people? idk. I'll need a reminder truthfully haha. I haven't thought that much about him during the run and his cognitive process, so this is what I remember from him. I still have lots of doubt in him since I feel like he'd betray us still, but I'm unsure haha; just me being a 6 basically.
