What personality type is Junior Wheeler? Junior Wheeler is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sp/so - 361 in Enneagram, RCOEN in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.
i'm only on episode 7 of the first season so my opinion might change a lot meanwhile, but this guy has absolutely ZERO Ni, like none. AT ALL... i've thought about the ISTP votes and i do agree to some extent, but i don't see Ni as his tert, even though Fe inf might make sense. obviously, no one is providing any proof for their typing, so i guess i'm gonna have to use my 2 am brain that is probably way too tired from bingeing this show to explain why i believe he might be an ESTP (or even ISTP?) warning for spoilers !! so first and foremost big part of my reasoning is based around these past couple of episodes (6 and 7 from s1) and junior was in a very bad place mentally and he's been through a lot so of course this affects how he behaves. after his mom is killed he rejects anyone trying to convince him otherwise (i mean duh), BUT when chucky starts talking to him and tries to convince him to kill his dad THAT'S where i see his Ti. i mean throughout the whole show he goes around judging everything and everyone... basically just displaying his Ti around everywhere he goes, i wish i could give you more examples of this but he mostly bases his decisions on whether or not it makes sense to him, all personal values and morality apart. and then there's his Se. again, he denied any type of explanation for his mom's death, which if you think about it, yeah it makes sense. but going back to when chucky's talking to him about killing his dad, chucky mentions how he's trying to make everyone around him kill someone, how someone should follow his lead, that murdering someone is fun and he's tried to SHOW IT to jake countless times. and then as if that wasn't enough, he kept mentioning how everyone kept dying because of jake... i mean he was basically admitting he had killed junior's mother right in front of him and junior still. nothing. zero. mind empty. mom killed herself. chucky murders people. no connection. of course these are a couple of dumb obvious reasons, but he has a really big lack of Ni. and this is already huge, but hmm i think the further we go into the series the more he goes from ISTP to ESTP, he keeps neglecting his Ni and favoring Se, only using Ti as an auxiliary. same with Fe! since he stops using his Ni you can see he starts showing more Fe and clearly using it a lot more on his decisions. but hmm at the end of the day i think he might actually be an ISTP, and starts retracting into an ESTP when his mental health starts degrading edit: oh man i was basing all my evidence on the fact that he might survive for next season and we'd get to see more but uhm... i think he's about to die ??
