What personality type is Anxious / Preoccupied? Anxious / Preoccupied is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/so - 649 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, EII in Socionics.
This is so fucking difficult to deal with, especially since my partner is Avoidant. I want things to work out, but it's a rocky road.
Biography
The Anxious type, is also called Anxious-Ambivalent or Preoccupied because people of this type rely on the approval of others for their inner comfort, so they seek too much approval and indulge in relationships. They see themselves as unlovable and worthless, but acceptable to others, and always strive to gain acceptance from others and support a negative self-image.
