Are the ESTJ votes just because he’s played by Alec Baldwin? Throughout the whole show he’s the one trying to appeal to people’s emotions/be as tactful as possible. He seems to take on his patient’s feelings as his own. He strikes me as being very ISFJ-ish: Si - He’s a traditionalist when it comes to following procedure/hospital etiquette. He struggles to figure out how to proceed in this unprecedented circumstance in a way that the fictional version of Kirby doesn’t. An example of this would be deciding to record himself performing a revisionist surgery so that he doesn’t forget anything and has evidence gathered to use against Duntsch if need be. Fe - he’s always trying to protect the feelings of those around him, and openly displays a great deal of empathy without seeming uncomfortable. When it comes to trying to convince a reluctant patient to testify, he is the one sent to do it because he is so tactful and considerate. Ti - he is constantly trying to put together why Duntsch is behaving the way he is. He tries to find the most logical explanation (ex. Being an imposter), and is concerned that he can’t personally make sense of why people are protecting him. Ne - Henderson does not like to jump to conclusions or rush things the way Kirby does. He gives it a great deal of thought before deciding to go to the “extreme” of contacting the medical board, which Kirby says is not actually extreme at all. He is extremely cautious in how he goes about things, often trying to get Kirby to slow down and consider the potential consequences of their actions.

A respected Dallas orthopedic surgeon and spine specialist who is called in to revise one of Duntsch's surgeries. He is horrified by the mess that he sees, and teams up with Kirby to bring an end to the madness.
