Maya MBTI Personality Type
Personality
What personality type is Maya? Maya is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - so/sx - in Enneagram, in Big 5, in Socionics.
Oh God, no! She's anything, but ESTJ! Just because she's ambitious, and ultra-professional doesn't mean she's an ESTJ! She's a feeler all the way, but it's hard for me to guess which feeler. Hmm, the way she thinks is really outside the box, she's not afraid to take a risk so maybe it excludes Si, but I don't really know. She's too reflective to be an ESFP. Maybe an INFP? Dom Fi: She lives according to her own morals, that's why she never contacted her daughter she gave up to adoption, even though it tore her apart inside. That's why she kept blaming herself for years she doesn't deserve to start her own family, as she gave up her daughter early in her life. She's a feeler, she's a dreamer, and she's a walking volcano of emotions. She always wants to be true to herself and to other people, and that's why she confesses in front of the entire audience that she lied for an entire time to them and that she shouldn't have done that. "I gave you a fake version of myself. But this product...isn't fake. It's amazing." AuxNe: As I said, she really thinks outside the box. She took a challenge to create a product being 100% organic, which every team before her failed to do that. Based on her own past (Si) she reminded herself of this Asian tree her grandfather took care of, and using it she manages to create 100% natural products. TertiarySi: She can't forget the past. She holds on to the past: past relationships, past mistakes, the daughter she gave up years ago. She lets her past influence who she is today. She never dealt with the fact she didn't get a proper education and didn't manage to make her dreams come true, and that is why she was devastated inside, not letting any people see that as outside she was a supportive smiley cheerful person, and INFPs as some other MBTI types, are excellent in hiding their true emotions. InferiorTe: She's in her early 40's so she had time to develop her worst function and it's really visible during the time of the movie. She's an INFP, but she's capable of taking a charge, managing her own team, and coming to many logical conclusions simultaneously using her Ne and Si. INFPs are the definition of "late bloomers", as most of them enjoy their happiness and success later in life compared to most MBTI types, maybe because for most of their life they are hopeless dreamers not able to let go of the past and not until their 30s or 40s when they are mature enough to use their inferior Te properly. This applies to Maya, who was an ordinary market cashier through most of her life and she got her big breakthrough late in her 40s She also doesn't find true happiness or peace until she's in her 40s. Maybe my explanation is a little too general, but I see her as an INFP. She's 100% feeler, I don't see her in any circumstance as a thinker. When it comes to feelers, I definitely don't see her as an ESFP or an ENFP. I don't think she's an INFJ, ENFJ, or ISFP either. This leaves ISFJ, ESFJ, and INFP. But taking into account every scene of the movie I take her as a poster INFP girl! Fight me if I'm wrong!
