"Why?" seems to come from Ti-Ne, INTP. The ability and practice of Ti-Ne is to break (conceptual) things down to their constituent, essential components. The essence of something is its "true" source (compared to it's other components) - the origin and "why?" of any thing. With the natural ability to answer why, there comes a natural inclination, sometimes verging on compulsion to ask "why?" "What" seems to come from Ne-Ti. From the sheer volume of content that Ne-Ti can produce by referencing everything related to a thing, ENTP's can explain, criticize, and dance circles, all around the "what" of a concept. Their humor and criticism equally maked games out of the "what" of a thing.
