Most likely Ne - Te or basically Te with stronger Ni. Chapter 285-286 reveals that he has always been ambitious since childhood. In the next chapter he's know for being idealistic (Ni+) and loving adventure (Si+) exactly like Jack London from Aušra's descriptions. This guy is always putting on a mask of appearing friendly and positive (role Fe+) which makes him come across as eccentric but at his core, he is always focused on business management as the head of the hotel mogul (Te+), he's always looking towards creating new existing workflows rather than focusing on one single operation (Te-).
