Shinonome is definitely Fi-dom, and about as far as you can get from a Ti-dom. She rarely follows logic over feelings - sure, her brain is about as fried as a bucket of KFC, but she frankly spends more emotional energy stubbornly following her heart rather than fearing her rapidly encroaching amnesia that would reduce her to a husk (which is something like an existential crisis for most Ti-doms). The question is which Fi-dom. I'm inclined towards INFP because her Se is nonexistent, while her Si sometimes acts as a driving force for her - she's often either seeking to restore things to the way they were (even if she doesn't really remember what that was), or sending it all to flaming hell if she can't in an Fi-led rage of despair (similar to Evangelion's Shinji). Her Ne is probably best exemplified in her continuing to think she even had a chance at anything with Ida rather than door-slamming him way earlier like a proper Ni-user. If taking 2188 into account, her Ne becomes the main reason for her being INFP over ISFP. Her idea of linking the blueprints for the autonomous robots to the video game code for kaiju in the reality simulation *while being the resident genetics engineer that had nothing to do with either* makes it even harder to think that she doesn't have Ne. Incidentally, I wish I could tell whether we're supposed to take into account all versions of a character or not. Some folks have pages for several of their versions, so I'm guessing no? Not that Shinonome is very different across the timelines, to be fair.
