i totally see why he seems xSTP, but i'm tending more towards ESTJ. he's incredibly Fe blind, inf. Fi makes more sense to me, Te over Ti as well, we don't see him analyzing a lot or at all, but he is shown to be a very effective executioner whose (own) ends justify any means. the one time he displayed something close to compassion (when he let Johnny off the hook at their first encounter) was controlled by Kasey's powers (otherwise he even offers Kasey up for **** to Miguel when they have her tied on the chair). after Kasey gets him to "show mercy" even the following news article points this out as an "amazing development" and that his popularity is in fact due to his "harsh punishments". speaking of his popularity, he does seem to value it, but i think that's more because of the power/status it brings, he enjoys being in a position that lets him execute his power. when his being corrupt and working for The Bastard is revealed he just makes that his main job which secures him a different yet equal kind of position, not even making any effort at all to try and appeal to someone out there or save his image. i feel like his passiveness after losing his superhero status as well how he has a pretty laid-back aura overall make him seem somewhat (E)STP, however considering that his Fe would have to be god awful in that scenario it's weird he's not even using it in order to appeal, manipulate, etc. he just doesn't seem to use any Fe at all. he and The Gladiotar were considered close friends and The Gladiator is shown to be very angry over Praetorian's betrayal, however when they meet again at the end in battle there's no shame, no guilt, no nothing from Praetorian, he's just crazy scared bc he knows Gladiator, who has actual Fi morals, is gonna rip him a new one. that being said, what keeps me from entirely disregarding him as a Ti user is, as a i mentioned, his overall pretty calm to passive behavior, especially after the loss of his superhero status, though i'm inclined to consider ISTP over ESTP, as it would make the slightest bit more sense regarding his blatant lack of Fe. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- as for his enneagram, i'm a bit torn because i feel that even for an unhealthy 1 he sure is HELLA corrupt. i think 1w2 very much fits the image he was trying to give off as a superhero but i'm not completely sure if that really fully fits *him*. he obviously doesn't stand behind the morals and ethics he fights for, he cares a lot about status/image though and he's extremely deceptive obviously as well as adaptable (which is even illustrated by his ridiculous power). him being so quick to change his entire image basically (now being the bodyguard of the big bad villain) ties perfectly into that. and as i pointed out before he seems a lot more disengaged and passive afterwards, since it's nowhere near as grand as the admiration and status of his former position, which could be explained by the disintegration of 3 when stressed/unhealthy into 9, so i think 3w4 makes the most sense.
