When I first watched a pod of these guys, I immediately knew "Myron" was an ESTJ. Other videos just further proved it for me. ESTJs are stereotypically known for thinking in black and white, right or wrong ways. He is INSANELY obsessed with tradition and old values. Notice how he constantly makes an emphasis on nuclear families, virgin brides and gender roles? He relates current issues by drawing comparisons to the past. He talks about the dating market as if it is entirely transactional. I do believe there is some truth to it, however; it is not a long term solution NOR will it make relationships last. xSTJs have a tendency to draw "simple" solutions to any problem we have today. This is because Te cares about efficiency. However, some things are far more complex and require more time. He jumps from point to point and contradicts himself the vast majority of the time. That probably has to do with unhealthy Ne. In the following clip (skip to approximately minute 55:00) his "logic" is being refuted by a girl who just got out of her teens LOL. So what does he do? He crumbles. He starts comparing a woman not willing to have sex with her man because she's tired TO a burglar breaking into the home and the man not protecting his woman because he is also "tired"... Um what..? Anyway, I recommend you guys to watch the debate. It was funny watching the girl toy with him. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBKvAQIw0LE&t=4441s Clearly, his Ne is not developed at all. It's funny because he is supposed to be in his 30s now, so you'd expect him to have a better relationship with other functions in the stack. His TeSi is displayed in a very chaotic manner, which is funny because ESTJs are typically the opposite of that. To be fair, I think it has to do with Myron being an unhealthy ESTJ which I think he is. Both him and "Fresh" (his real name is Walter) lack emotional intelligence and get uncomfortable and awkward when people ask them personal questions. They get so defensive and start shutting down their counterparts. And if they happen to be women, those women are apparently driven by emotion and cannot think logically... Yeah we've heard that one before. Not only has the myth been debunked by science multiple times, but if you go out there in the world and actually talk to women, you just know it's not true. In fact, I'd argue the opposite. I'm an xNTx female for reference. Anyways, I'm pretty sure you can gather from this comment that I am not a fan of this "Fresh and Fit" podcast at all. Have they helped some men? I'm sure they have. But these beta males are not intellectuals. They are frauds. They think they will get through life and relationships by treating every little thing as a transaction. That is the fat lie they tell their audience. As for the fitness, money etc advice, I don't really care for it because it's not harmful. But teach men to not only objectify women but ALSO encourage the objectification? Yeah, I am not with you on that one. I have an issue with their podcast because of their heavily misogynistic content, as well as lack of truth. However, I can't expect truth and authenticity from guys who lack any form of self awareness. I'm not sure what Walter's type is but he strikes me as an ESTP. He doesn't really use Te as much as "Myron" does. Walter just seems like a d!ckrider to anything "Myron" says and agrees with him. He seemingly doesn't know how to have inner personal values of his own which is a strong indicator of Fi blindness.
