I'm pretty sure he's an INFP. When he's compared alongside ISTP Jason and ISFP Salim, you can see the difference in how they function. Nick is always in his head thinking about alternate perspectives or focusing on other realms that aren't apart of the present moment. Jason and Salim are very present-focused and make decisions based on the current, relevant factors. Nick tends to bring up factors that aren't true yet or that seem to not be connected to the present. Him always being in his head/lost in his thoughts was an intentional character trait and I feel that was meant to differentiate him from the Se users around him.
