His Ti is more obvious than Te. Also i think he is not having a Se-vibes, he really depends on his idea and deep analysis to tricks someone (prone to be Ne-Ti than Te-Ni). really bad at physical confrontational (this man clearly has no Se on his primary cognitive function stack, in the manga, sherlock who are Se aux seems easy to make milverton feels pressured physically).
