If we go for ENTJ (a very aggressive one), the Te+Se combo is plausible: he focuses on results and "doing well", enforcing rules on others with public "demonstrative" methods, while showing no regards towards their feelings. Subjectivity is overthrown by the emphasis on objective rules and norms, that must be respected no matter what. His aggressive competitiveness and acting like a role model (including the role of the "punisher") may suggest social 3 (and an 8 fix?), in accordance with Spartan martial standards that he pushes to their extremes. Glimpses of inferior Fi appear later in the book, when he apologizes to Alexander.
