Not ISTJ! It's Te-doms (or in some cases, Fe-doms) who'd depend on rules most. Si isn't even a Judging Function, so it wouldn't attach "right" or "wrong" to rule-breaking. If rules are broken, the Si-doms still have internal perceptions to which they can retreat for clarity, peace, and re-calibration. It's typically the Te-doms who depend heavily on rules and experience immediate, thorough frustration that they were broken.
