I think Kuroki is an excellent example of an immature auxiliary Ti in ESTP, he seems to have a born confidence in his assertions in much of the manga (immature Ti can be overconfident/arrogant about his own intelligence), in the opposite cases we can explain it as a use of tertiary Fe, while Kuroki doesn't care about how his actions affect others he fears losing his leadership position to his allies, Kuroki seeks to be the center of attention. "Tertiary Fe can provoke or manipulate people's emotions for self-centered gain" I think his thirst for revenge on Katagiri comes from his Fe being exposed as "incapable" in front of his allies. In the first encounter between him and Katagiri I think it is exposed as a last resort his inferior Ni. ESTP's Ni can be shown as paranoid ideas and suspicions towards something. "I'm getting this extremely bad premonition."
