Where do you see Ni? Her Si is so apparent it's screaming. She's very much past-oriented, traditional, and does things the way they were always done, instead of looking for new solutions. She lacks the forward-thinking goal oriented Ni-nature completely. Also, I doubt her Ti is inferior.
