I don't see Milchick as an ISTJ, his arc this season makes that clear. Milchick isn't in crisis because the way he did his job in terms of "following" the rules was changed, but rather his values and the way he treated the innies as humans who deserved "perks" for their work. His entire arc of breaking the corporate values he was trying to convey in his work conduct, creating a harmonious environment, and trying to conform to those values when it was brought to his attention while his inferior Ti pushes him to think about them from a personal perspective (especially his role as a black man in a high position within a large corporation) is literally Fe-Ti in crisis to me.
