I'm putting my bet on xNFJ (more so ENFJ). She's like Byakuren (ENFJ 2w3), except less "love and be loved". Her enneagram seems to be the most obvious, 1w2. She is looking to improve the world around her by using her skills as a Taoist leader and wants to spread her Taoism and use it for good to create balance, unlike Seiga (ESFP 3w4) who uses it to achieve what she desires. I can understand the ENTJ votes, but the way she handles social matters seems to indicate Fe (highly diplomatic, focused on harmony in groups and communities, etc). An ENTJ would be a lot more direct and wouldn't resort to charm and manipulation (Miko is highly charismatic, which indicates well developed Fe). She wants to implement her vision of equality between Youkai and humans into reality (Ni/Se, singular truth/vision) because she feels that will improve the state of things (also an indicator of enneagram 1, always wanting to improve). However, according to Aya in "Symposium of Post-Mysticism", a leader in the human village such as Miko is "the biggest threat to balance in Gensokyo for Youkai" (perhaps lower Ti, being unable to question her own motivations or rework her inner network of knowledge because she is fixated on her vision). Also, she has one of the best designs in my opinion.
