his theatre of logic and reasoning is actually such a blatant contrast between his and naruhodou's NeTi vs TeNi. in the first round, sherl i mean herlock will take everything in as quickly as possible based on patterns he finds between his suspects and their interactions with the world around them, before coming to a technically logical (albeit outrageous) quick-witted conclusion. then that conclusion gets processed and filtered by ryuu who comes up with a more practical, contextually logical idea. its such an obvious breakdown in the context of their functions its almost funny. they play off of each other really well
