Ephraim Winslow (Thomas Howard) MBTI -Persönlichkeitstyp
Persönlichkeit
"Welcher Persönlichkeitstyp ist {profilename}? {profilename} ist ein {MBTI} -Persönlichkeitstyp in MBTI, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} in EnneArgram, {big5} in Big 5, {socionics} in Socionics."
To elaborate further, Winslow is completely drowning in tertiary Ni by the movie's end. All of his life has basically been going from place to place in search of labor and work. ISxPs usually come in two varieties, you have the chilled out adrenaline junkie/stoner who just wants to live a peaceful life and the determined workhorse who uses their Se to blaze through grueling work. But by the end of the film, Winslow is obsessed with the possibility of there being a higher power or symbol that Wake is hiding from him. It gets to the point where he is literally begging to be blessed by this symbolic power, only to go insane by reaching out to it. This is my interpretation, but I think he went insane knowing that his neurosis and conspiracy was caused by just that: neurosis. There was nothing in the light, Wake was just a cruel, lonely old man. Winslow's Ni launched him into insanity, combined with constant intoxication.
