He's very innovative as a chef and likes to make new tastes (Ni-Se). He predicts that the future of food will be mainly focused on fruit and vegetables (Ni) because of the taste they provide compared to meat. He stated that any meat becomes bland after a while of chewing it (Se). He wants people to enjoy food (Fe-Se). Besides being a chef, he's created an organization that provides/will provide food for people who've gone/will go through natural disasters (Fe-Ni). He did it for Haiti and Puerto Rico. He's very personable and sociable as seen on some documentaries and interviews he is in (high use of Fe). He's a recipient of a National Humanities Medal. As a guest in Jimmy Fallon's show, Jimmy described him as having a heart of gold. Given that, I think he is ENFJ.
