wouldn't make sense for him to be ISTJ. he's said multiple times (at least in the sub) that he doesn't think he's cut to be a leader, and his thought process seems a lot more like Ti than Te to me too, he tries to find logic in his mind and when he gets a conclusion he tells others, rather than as he's still through the thinking process. Se is pretty obvious since he's a very very cynical person and bases his opinions and actions on concrete things rather than uncertainty, and that is clear when he's too afraid of the supreme king / haō to face him, because jim cook just disappeared in front of his eyes and o'brien doesn't know what's going on at all, so he panics.
