In a recent episode, Louie said that he "can see all the angles" (in regards to his schemes). I know I'm still new at this (and correct me if I'm wrong), but that sounds like dominant Ne to me (if not dominant, than at least high Ne).

Llewellyn ”Louie" Duck is one of the nine protagonists of DuckTales 2017. He is the son of Della Duck and is the youngest of Donald Duck's nephews.
