Bill Green is a very obvious ISFJ. Si: Bill is, above everything, a man of routine. He constantly seeks comfort, likes to follow the rules and values responsibility. The entire space movie is largely about how his nostalgic and cautious Si clashes with Cricket's impulsive and reckless Se, which is a common theme in the series. More specifically, at the start of the movie he tries to repeat the vacation of the last year, being fond of the memories, and over the course of both the movie and the series he showcases a preference for cautiousness and stability. Fe: Bill is very aware of the emotional atmosphere and strongly favours collective values that ensure social harmony. He is very concerned about the happiness of his family, even getting a second job in one episode, and he's also very self-conscious regarding his social standing in Big City, with his need to fit in and gain approval from others being a prominent character trait, as seen most infamously in Wild Side. Ti: Bill makes some decisions according to his internal sense of logic, which is more prominent whenever he makes particularly controversial choices. Notable examples of it include his decision to let the animals free in the first Halloween episode, his rigid and pessimistic mindset when Chip plans to destroy their house in Chipocalypse Now, and his criticism of Cricket's ideas in the space movie. Ne: Bill has a hard time thinking outside the box, being skeptical of new ideas. He has an almost nonexistent imagination, notably in the episode about the family making up stories about strangers, where he was having a hard time coming up with an interesting story, and only developed one by the end due to the influence of the other stories. However, he does show moments of imaginative brilliance, particularly when saving Cricket in the space movie. Bill is definitely an E6. 6w5: Bill is cautious, loyal, anxious, reliable, focused on security and prone to think of the worst outcome (see when the kids spend the day with Nancy for the first time in years and he gets paranoid). His responsible and nervous nature fits the type 6 like a glove. The 5 wing is more likely due to his seriousness, which sets him apart from the rest of his family, although both fit. SO6: Bill is a SO6, with his logical and dutiful nature and his sympathy for rules and structure being the backbone of his mentality to keep his family and farm safe. The secondary subtype is the SP6 due to the warmth and loyalty he exhibits in moments of sadness (see Level Up). 612: Bill's tritype is definitely 612, fitting his nervous but responsible (6w5), strict and worry-prone but morally ethical (SP 1w2) and overextended but supportive (SO 2w1) personality. On a side note, the Melancholic temperament makes no sense for him; he is clearly Phlegmatic-Sanguine (and as limbic as a character can get in the B5).
