The guy is a clear 9w8 example. He got irritated after losing his concentration and everything crumbled. He just likes peace and when disturbed he gets angry. In his fight with luffy he learned to accept its ok to show his real self, he only hid it to protect his family in the first place. Adapting in the way he did during the fight and showing his true emotions and desire, to stop being what the others wanted to see but himself. Best growth for a villain during one fight that lasted several hours.
