I definitely see the Te dominant function being Te with Fi being the inferior, but not the Si auxiliary. He has that Ni-tunnel vision and forward thinking the point where some people think he’s living in a dream land. He rejects the way things have always been done and wants to forge a new path that he can see clearly, but only he can see that. Se tertiary makes sense to me as well.
