I really don't see him as ISTJ at all. "Zeppeli had been interested in researching the unknown since his youth. When he became of age, he joined the archaeological group at his father's university and was able to travel to various places around the world. " He only learned hamon because of his curiosity for the unknown, which is pretty Ne for me. He also battles seeing multiple possitibilies at once, seen in his escape from Tarkus, which is also Ne. Though I'm not sure about ENFP or ENTP, but I'm pretty sure he's Ne dom and not Si dom.

HEY, BABY! Will Anthonio Zeppeli (ウィル・Ａアントニオ・ツェペリ, Wiru Antonio Tseperi), also known as Baron Zeppeli (ツェペリ男爵, Tseperi Danshaku), is Jonathan Joestar's primary ally in Phantom Blood. Zeppeli is a Hamon master hailing from Italy who searches for the Stone Mask to destroy it. Hearing about Dio Brando, he thus becomes Jonathan's mentor and teaches him in the art of the Hamon as well as fights alongside him.
