Definitely not a Ne user, though he sounds like one, the external connections he makes make no sense, its psychoses. His rants remind me a lot of a heroin addict that lived in my neighborhood, his stories were colorful but lacking any connection, rabid squirrels were eating ketchup bottles, jesus and his wife raced horses, etc. Mikey tries to operate well outside his stack, he might even be introverted, he is very bad at extroverting, can't read the room and connect enough to realize his audience is laughing at him, he just randomly blathers incessantly, maybe an Si running on malfunctioning Ne to avoid self criticism.
