I've been reading the manga for some time now and Tadano is the most wholesome ENFJ boy i have ever seen after Tanjirou. He uses Fe like 90% of the time with understanding komi's emotions and reading the atmosphere with other characters as well, also the guy is so wholesome that he can see komi as she is and become her first friend and help her reach her goal (having 100 friends) and i cant see dom Si anywhere in that. I can see Fe in him from his contributions to the conversations he has with others, he is people oriented and barely talks about himself, after with Ni he takes the information that he learned from people and with Se he interacts those informations to the world (just like in the manga where he was telling others how komi was actually feeling in some moments). Si is the least likely option here compared to Fe and Ni even tertiary Se functions that Tadano uses most prominently in my opinion. If Tadano used dominant Si, i think he would've hesitated helping komi at first because considering the fact that he is being judged from even being near komi san by his class already so his past experiences of being embarassed around people would flash back at him instead of ignoring those judgements and trying to understand and help komi immediately as he did.

"Tadano-kun is a timid coward." Tadano Hitohito (只野 仁人), is the main character of the manga and anime series Komi-san wa, Komyushou desu. Hitohito is a shy boy who despite being normal, has exceptional observation skills. On his first day at a private school, he finds himself alone in a classroom with the legendary Komi-san. He quickly realizes that she has problems communicating and takes on the mission of helping her make 100 friends, he just didn't realize how difficult it would be at that school where all students have completely different (and weird) personalities.
