I have an acquaintance(?) who was kind of subtly fangirling over the guy so I decided to watch all 5 minutes of web content where he doesn't speak a word. I'll type him based off that. Frank is an INTJ. His disturbing stare? Ni. His inability to notice that there were people watching him? Inferior Se. The way he walked over the train tracks without really noticing the way the trains sped by? Lack of inferior Ne or high sensing to gauge when the car is there. I headcanon that Frank is just so bad at sensing that he's decided not to even look when he crosses the street. Why Te? Well, he wears a suit and made a list. That's enough evidence for me.
