Marcus Aurelius MBTI -Persönlichkeitstyp

Persönlichkeit

"Welcher Persönlichkeitstyp ist {profilename}? {profilename} ist ein {MBTI} -Persönlichkeitstyp in MBTI, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} in EnneArgram, {big5} in Big 5, {socionics} in Socionics."

A lot of his philosophy seems to me to be written in reminder to himself to have regard for his inferior Se - much of his Meditations speaks of disregarding ambitions of the “big picture” (legacy, wealth, fame) in favour of “living in the moment” “treating every moment as if it were your last” etc. This is made all the more clear considering he still subscribes to the “big picture” (much of his perception of reality is in observation of great systems that exist in nature) and despite opting for his moment to moment lifestyle he still rejects hedonism. Ni dominant types have their head in the clouds and yet their hands in the dirt.

Biografie

Marcus Aurelius (26 April 121 – 17 March 180) was a Roman emperor (ruling from 161 to 180) and Stoic philosopher. Marcus was the last of the rulers traditionally known as the Five Good Emperors. He is also seen as the last emperor of the Pax Romana, an age of relative peace and stability for the Empire. His personal philosophical writings, now commonly known as Meditations, are a significant source of the modern understanding of ancient Stoic philosophy.
