He was the loneliest and the most hermit developer/programmer at Id Software. The Ti and Ne usage are obvious, He is a hermit developer/programmer and a rocket scientist with many thoughts and idea in His mind, sometimes those thought and idea generated by Ti and Ne give INTPs burden, the example is when He asked/requested Id Software parent company (Zenimax and Bethesda) to get into VR development just to get His thought/idea rejected by Id Software parent company. The only time I notice Him uses Si is when he stated that "Overwatch appeals to useless player" and comparing it with Quake*, could be a sign of short Ti-Si loop in older INTPs (Boomer, Gen X and/or early Millenial INTPs) like Him, Si usage are also more prevalent and more common as INTPs get older and I can see why there is one ISTJ vote. Also, what I noticed the most about INTP developer and leadership/leader is that most of them tend to be less restrictive about their policy/leadership (Carmack-early Id software releases their engines' source code, Gaben-Valve has Flexible employee management and Notch-Mojang has a good relationship with the playerbase), which are probably the 'manifestations' of Fe inferior in INTPs. One might/could also mistype Him (or any older INTPs for that matter) as ISXJ because all of These thing. Pick a computer game from the past few years. Any one. Like, seriously, just name one. There's a very good chance this man is responsible for the technology that makes that game run. There's a reasonable chance it even includes some of his code. John D. Carmack (born August 20, 1970) is a game programmer (and aerospace engineer) who worked for id Software. He co-founded the company with John Romero, and was the lead programmer for almost every game that company made. He worked on a huge number of games in his prime, but in recent years his productivity has declined due to having a second job as the owner of Armadillo Aerospace.
