Biografie
Rouxls Kaard (pronounced "rules card") is a shopkeeper and recurring antagonist in Deltarune. Once the incompetent "Duke of Puzzles" and right-hand man of King, the defeat of his master led Rouxls to seek out the tyrannical rulers of other Dark Worlds to swear his loyalty to, with little success.
