Bill Tench MBTI -Persönlichkeitstyp

Persönlichkeit

"Welcher Persönlichkeitstyp ist {profilename}? {profilename} ist ein {MBTI} -Persönlichkeitstyp in MBTI, {enneagram} - {iv} - {tritype} in EnneArgram, {big5} in Big 5, {socionics} in Socionics."

I feel like ESTP stereotypes are getting in the way and causing people to misevaluate him. He is very much not a stereotypical ESTP, but I think the functions are all still visible. His Se clashes with the Ni of both Holden and Wendy, as he prioritizes the actual application of their research in the present. He very much does not like the more theoretical, immaterial contemplations of abstract concepts, he needs to see things in action for them to feel valuable. I also think well developed tert-Fe makes perfect sense for him considering his age and the requirements of his profession, it makes sense that he'd have developed his Fe. I do definitely see Fe > Ni, hence I think ESTP is more likely than ISTP. A solid case for Si could be made for sure, however I'm weary of labeling anyone who has comfortable habits and who follows professional procedures as an Si user. In fact, it could also be (at least partly) a manifestation of Ti. If certain ways of doing things just make logical sense to Ti-users, they can hold onto them.
