I think it's shallow to see a character display traits akin to that of an idealist and immediately vote them as XNFX, are only certain people capable of having hopes or aspirations? Also many of Satoru's actions, while well meaning, are detrimental to the 'big picture situation' that Ni users tend to respond to. For example: on his way to the Deep Sea King emergency, he stopped at a red light... on an abandoned street... where nobody would see him (let alone judge him for since he was responding to a demon-level threat), and yet he still stopped. He's by-the-book and stands firmly to what he believes to be traditionally right and just, thus his actions don't always adapt well to the situation at hand. What he lacks in adaptability, however, he makes up for in drive. Ni users can be visionaries, certainly, but Si users can be relentless. That inability to adapt that I mentioned also manifests as the refusal to yield, even at the expense of his body, and even when he knows he cannot win. His fights are never about winning or losing, but about facing evil for the sake of protecting others, because that's what a traditional, authentic hero would do— regardless of the outcome.
Biografie
Satoru is a C-Class hero. He is easily identifiable by his bicycle, which he rides to scenes of crime. He is not an especially strong hero, but his sheer dedication to heroism and his good heart have helped him keep his rank.
