INFJ for sure, man I love INFJ villains. Some people voted ENFJ cause he´s yk, likeable and extraverted and obviously beloved by everybody, but he does show a lot of Ni, way to much for it so be simply auxiliary. Bit indicisive on the enneagram and tritype, will change it in the future maybe.
