Classical ENFJ manipulator villain. Just because she turned out to be bad at the end doesn't mean she has Te-Fi on her stack. During the whole movie she's just radiating Fe energy; fake, unhealthy Fe energy, but Fe after all. At the Home for retired bears it's all sunshines and rainbows and the Reverend Mother ensures to keep it that way, and she also excells at comforting Paddington and his family during the first half of the movie. A facade like this would be very very hart to mantain for such a long time for a non-Fe user. Her evil plan isn't result of her Te, but of her Ni-Se, so... ENFJ it is. Don't know about her enneagram though.
